Confident, creative and driven to ensure our marketing performance is both successful and cost effective, you'll have the necessary experience and qualities to play a pivotal role in our marketing campaigns. Bringing marketing best practice to every project you undertake, you'll be the kind of inspirational figure that can motivate and mentor those around you to ensure we communicate with our customers in a relevant, persuasive and impactful way. You'll quickly become an essential part of our marketing process, bringing insight, identifying opportunities and lending your experience to campaigns across a broad range of areas.
Employing all the knowledge and strategic thinking you've amassed from your experience in retail marketing, you'll work closely with individuals, teams and agencies within and outside of the business to deliver creative solutions and comprehensive media plans. With responsibility for a considerable budget you'll again employ your experience and instinct for best practice to ensure it is managed effectively and efficiently. A truly hands-on role you'll find yourself closely engaged with all aspects of the process - from briefing, to research to execution - while ensuring leading creative concepts are filtered through the line.
* A full and comprehensive knowledge of the marketing mix
* Proven experience working on marketing campaigns for television
* Experience planning and implementing end-to-end campaigns
* Proven ability to develop thorough understanding of customer behaviour
* Ability to work closely and productively with external agencies
* Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
